ASG Homes will invest 38 million euros in 22 luxury villas in one of the most luxurious areas of Marbella.

ASG Homes, as a residential management vehicle of the ASG fund in Spain, has received the license from Marbella City Council necessary to start the works of Sierra Blanca Heights – on sale now with Callow Estates.

The project consists of 22 luxury semi-detached villas located in on the most prestigious area of Marbella, the Sierra Blanca urbanisation. Sierra Blanca is an enclave of the Costa del Sol that is always in the ranking of the highest prices in Spain, both for sales and the rental of homes.

All homes will have large terraces and solarium with sea views as well as a garage for three cars and private use gardens. Three types of properties will be offered, ranging from 250m2 with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, to over 320m2 with five bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The villas will be distributed along three rows within a private complex with 24 hour security.

ASG homes will facilitate, during the first year, a complete concierge package to the owners to help with advice on the management of household expenses, to the purchase of event tickets.
