The Costa del Sol’s largest park is approaching completion and is scheduled to open in May 2025. This vast green space in Mijas covers 270,000 square metres and is already 90 per cent complete. The project represents a significant milestone in the region’s recreational infrastructure.

Juan José Torres, Councillor for Infrastructure in Mijas, has confirmed the considerable progress and steady pace of work.

Construction started in August 2023, with an original timeline of approximately 18 months for completion. The project involves an investment of around €27.5 million.

This ambitious development is set to become a key attraction for both residents and visitors, offering a much-needed recreational haven on the Costa del Sol.
