Tennis legend Rafael Nadal has teamed up with hotel entrepreneur Abel Matutes Prats to bring two exceptional luxury residential developments to the Costa del Sol.

The Junta de Andalucía has recently approved the first phase of the project, located in the Los Llanos sector of Estepona, praising its strong focus on environmental sustainability.

The initiative is backed by Palya Invest, based in the Balearic Islands, which owns Palya Casa del Mar. The board includes Abel Matutes Prats and Sebastián Nadal Homar, Rafa Nadal’s father. The project has been designed to enhance urban management by reducing the construction footprint, creating more open spaces, and improving accessibility to the beach for everyone.

The new development will feature a collection of detached and semi-detached homes, with a focus on blending seamlessly with the surrounding environment. The plan is to include approximately 50 three-storey homes while increasing the number of trees and preserving as many existing ones as possible to enhance the natural beauty of the area.
